Help with mini fridge

Ok, I admit a mini fridge has defeated me. I can't get ours to feel cold. Do I want the dial all the way to the right or left? I dont know if left to right is min to max cooling power or min to max temp.

The wider line, (turn clockwise) indicates colder. If you have an issue, give engineering a call.

Be careful of leaving it real cold, we had a can of soda explode one trip when we did that because the mini fridge wouldn't cool down. It woke us up at 3:00 AM.
