I am confused about the availability of FP on some of the shows at MGM. If I want certain times, how do I know when to get the FP for them?? Here is my goal itinerary. Any input or words of advice are greatly appreciated!

Looks like a good plan. Just understand that things won't work out that way. The purpose of planning is to think through the choices you'll have to make, and investigate some alternatives, so you're better able to make the best choice in the moment, while you're in the park, based on the ever-changing, dynamic circumstances you'll face.

Hi,

We just got back and went to MGM this past Mnday the 24th. There were no FPs for WWTBAM or LMA. The machines were covered.

I'm not even sure there are FastPass machines at WWtbaM any more - I thought Disney moved those to Lights Motors Action? If FastPasses are being distributed for the latter, generally there are only two or three shows; I think (although I didn't try for one) that you can get one for the middle show (which may not be at the time you want it) any time after the first show.

Thanks for replying.

There is just so many shows to see at MGM. I was hoping I could figure out a "system" of getting the FP's for the times I would like. I just hate to miss anything!! :thumbsup2

MGM is very easy to do in one day.

Get a show times guide, and work your way around the park. As long as you have a general idea of what their is to do, you'll be fine.

I was just there April 22, and we did half of the park in about 4 hours. (RNR, TOT,Voyage, Beauty&Beast, Great movie ride, lunch, star tours, and muppets, plus lots of stopping for picture taking)

Trust me, its doable. So dont stress. And get working on your MK itinerary, I find that to be the toughest to get everything done.

thank you Stephenie!

Believe it or not, I am not too worried about MK. We are going for the MNSSHP party, so I hope to get alot done at that time. Plus, we are going for a second day too! I think we will have most of it covered between the two days! :cool1:
