Help with Memory Maker

I need help from Memory Maker experts....We are staying offsite but have magic bands/tickets already linked in the My Disney Experience site. I just purchased Memory Maker, and it is showing up as linked to me, but not to my husband or kids. Do I need to do something to add them so their pics will show up? Thanks for your help!
