Help with Mel (Bababear) Lion King Design

I am leaving for Disney on September 24th can't figure out how to make what I want. Can someone please help. There is a picture Mel (bababear) posted under a thread for AOA Lion King door decorations that is a Lion King purple party plate. Unfortunately, Mel is taking a break until October 1st so I can't ask her directly for help.
I would like to take the picture of the party plate and put it on a mickey head with "HAKUNA" in one ear and "MATATA" in the other. I want it to be in a brightly colored head (maybe the teal color that is in the background) that matches the colors in the picture. I would like the words to be in a bright color also (maybe orange). Is there anyone who can help me with this request. My mom would also like one that she can put on a teal shirt.
My mom usually makes the shirts, but she cannot figure out how to the get this picture onto a mickey head. Many thanks in advance for anyone who can help.

I am very thankful you are willing to help out.
I just don't know how to make Mickey heads,I have a few that Kari (rumblytumbly ) made a few years ago but that's about it.
I also use paint.net to DISign which limits my abilities.

My mom has decided she will use this one so I was wondering if you could do the exact same thing but with a teal blue mickey head that matches the color inside the picture. That way, my mom and I can have slightly different shirts. Thank you very much in advance. You made exactly what I was looking for and you are very talented. On behalf of my daughter that requested this disign, Thank You!! She's gone home and does not have internet access. She will be thrilled and thank you for the purple one, that is for me! We both really loved this picture, but we didn't want to look identical. I've tried to learn PSE10, but I can only do a few things on it so far, obviously this wasn't one of them.

Thank you Mel for the original disign and we all look forward to your return. You have created many wonderful disigns for me in the past and because I also wear my shirts at home, they get a lot of use.

16 days and we'll be at Disney wearing these beautiful shirts and many others. Thanks so much to all the Disigners on here who give so much of their time to make the rest of us very happy.
