Help with MDE

So I booked Keys to the Kingdom tour for November 1 for my wife, myself and a friend. When I made the reservation I was told to place in MDE under add plans and then add a note (on left side of page). I did that back in early September, now when I try to look at the note I left it's not there. I did not change anything in MDE and there was no specific confirmation number with the reservation, I was told to show up 15 min early with photo ID. I do have the CC receipt but it is a lump sum for 3 "tickets". I tried calling Disney and was on hold FOREVER and I even tried to chat and a blurb came up stating to call the chat line. Any help in trying to locate the missing note would be appreciated. TIA

Are you looking under my Itinerary on the date you added the note to? It will show up at the bottom of the page.

all that is there is fast pass selections and hotel info. Although it was a note, I hope that I can still take the tour without a hassle!

They'll have you on the list. I wouldn't worry about it.

The Notes section is for your information only. When you check-in for the tour, they should have a list of names for those signed up for the tour.

Have you ever booked a tour or special event before? I always get the same confirmation number when I book one. I keep it in my phone just in case.
