Help with March Trip..PLEASE!!!

DD and I are taking our biannual trip to The World (I have a conference and she has...to relax...) .I will be purchasing anAP because of advice from this board. Now I know that you all have finally gotten your AP rates for December; when do I hope for March rates? Also, when we went 2 years ago we stayed at AKL for a great rate given only to Georgia residents (my daughters home) Do they still have geographically linked rates?
