help with making T-shirts

I am working on setting up my images for making T-shirts for our trip. I have bought Avery Dark and Light Transfers and I am trying to set them up for printing but having a issue with pixel size. Can anyone tell me what is the best pixel resizing for iron on transfers.

I don't know diddly about size, however, I do know that Amy's transfers are the ultimate in transfer. No worry to flip design or worry dark or white. Sorry I know that doesn't help your problem, but, I do know someone who will jump on board here to help you out
