This will be our first trip to WDW and I want to make it a memorable one for all of us. We'll be there from 3/26/05-4/2/05. I've tried every morning right when it hits the 90 day period to make ressies for this place and every time slot available has been taken. I live in CA so I'm waking up at 4:00AM just to make a call only to find out that nothing is available. I'm running out of time as each passing day is nearing the end of our vacation. Tell me, what can I do to make a reservation at CRT for breakfast? Any suggestions? HELP!

BTW, I've checked out this thread regarding gthorson's tips but I couldn't get it to open up.

I understand what a thrill it must be for a little girl to have breakfast with all the Princesses, but have you considered an afternoon Priority seating, for a late lunch/early dinner? You will still most likely meet Cinderella there, and the views out of the castle are extraordinary. My fiancee and I have had lunch there every time we've gone to WDW and it has been great.

I prefer the "Fab Five" to the Princesses myself, so I much rather have breakfast with them at Chef Mickey's or someplace like that - but even without the breakfast there, it can still be a great experience. The service is top-notch, the prime rib we had was great, and they make the only mashed potatoes I'll eat there :-)

The Mickey butter was too cute, too!

Ok did you start calling about 6:57 or 6:58 am EST? That is what you need to do. I will pm you.

To cover my options of at least dining with Cinderella, I did go ahead and make reservations aside from the breakfast. If it turns out that I'm not able to get the breakfast ressies, then lunch/dinner will have to do.

I guess I have to call a bit earlier next tomorrow. 3:56, 3:57, 3:58, 3:59, etc...Man! That's so early to wake up just to make a reservation! Wish me luck!

Thanks! You guys(or gals) are really helpful! You've given me a glimpse of hope!

I posted the message below earlier today. My advice is forget about calling early in the mornings and just call everyday as it gets closer. Use the toll-free # and call every day starting about a month out. Ask for every day that you are there, ie. March 26 - April 2. Good Luck

Jerry

Fabulous. I just got 8:05 reservations for CRT on January 5. Don't ever give up. Things do open up. Good luck to anyone else that is wanting a PS there.

Hi Jerry,
I saw your post earlier as well. If I'm unable to get the reservations that we want right away, I guess I have no choice except to keep trying. Thanks!

I am trying to do the same thing. My DD b-day is coming up and we are trying to CRT Breakfast. I settled right now for the Story Book Princess at Epcot. But still hoping for CRT. Just keep trying.

We were at Disney a few weeks ago and I was able to get CRT reservations by calling a few days before our trip. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy, so if you start calling a week or so before your trip, and even while you're there, you will probably be able to get something. Good luck!

It looks like the consensus is to keep trying. I'll have to if I want to keep my DD happy! Thanks everyone for all of your helpful advice and encouragement.

If you can't get CRT, I'd book Cinderella's Gala Feast for dinner at the GF. Cinderella and Prince Charming are there. The character interaction is much better than CRT. I finally got to CRT in December and it was not worth the hype or trouble.

I just have to ditto everyone's advice.

We have eaten @ CRT 2 times. Both times we had to call right at 6:58 AM ET. (Not a big inconvenience because we are in Michigan)... However, I had my cell phone & DH was using our house phone. One time I got thru & got ressies, he got thru & all PS's were gone..... within 3 minutes!!

When you call the 407 wdw dine, #, make sure you don't listen to the entire message..As soon as the recording says, thank you for calling disney.....you can push the #1, then I think you press...2....phone #, 1,1.

With that being said, also Disney dining allows people to make PS and mail in a check within 14 days( instead of using a credit card) for the deposit. If they check doesn't get there in time, the the PS is put back into the computer system....

I wish you luck!!! I hope that because of the extended hours until 11:15 for Breakfast at CRT you will be able to get a PS!!! Try for a later PS---more interation with the characters.

I'm sorry you haven't had better luck.
I have similar dates to yours and I got CRT the first morning I tried.
Call 407-WDW-DINE on your home phone and second line or cell phone to get the #s on redial...
Hang up until you here "...we're glad you called"
Then hit "1" and "1" again - immediately; You'll freak when the CM comes on the line! :jumping4: once you get thru just say you're hoping to get the Cinderella breakfast for "March 30th" (or whatever date...) party of "?" the CM will ask what time, I just said "first available"; I got 8:05am time slot the other mnorning...I must've been one of the first to get through.
Good luck!! You can do it!!
Be sure you start calling around 6:57 EST and don't stop until you get through!!

Lap3: I know what you mean...we are West Coast people too and are going the same time period you're going. I woke up at 3:58am this morning to start dialing, because it's 90 days to the day we'd be at Magic Kingdom. 15 minutes into the call and the message came up that CRT was sold out for breakfast, but I didn't hang up. I stayed on until I got thru at 4:21am. The CM confirmed that it was all sold out for March 29, but he said, wait a minute, there was a time available at 8:20am at CRT on March 26. Altho it requires me to change my itinerary, I did it. The CM must've heard how disappointed I was and sprinkled some pixie dust my way! :wizard:

So, keep dialing, and good luck!!!

You may also want to try back about an hour later as some people get through on 2 lines and then cancel one of the reservations. I have gotten a reservation that way last year. Start calling at 6:57 (they open the lines a minute or so before 7) and hit redial until they are open. Next, press in the numbers asked for ASAP. Finally, ask for Cindy's -4 people -any time. Speak fast. When I called and got through Christmas Eve, as the CM was trying to give me an 8:05 slot the times were going off his screen to others. (I got 8:20 which was fine with me.) Good luck! Let us know what happens. We are cheering for you! :cheer2:

I called today for any dates between March 19-25 and got a 10:45 slot on 3/19, she said that later times were also available!? This was the only day out of all of my dates that was available. I have never even tried to call first thing in the morning since I had heard how hard it was to get this breakfast. I was just calling to make other priority seatings and thought I would just ask.

Again, thanks for the tips and sharing your experiences with me. I guess I got easily discouraged and didn't try calling back. What strikes me as kinda odd is that how there can be a seating available an hour later and getting their reservations. There must be cancellations all the time! Anyways, I've set my alarm and I'm waking up early(Again!) to give it another shot! Wish me luck and I'll let you know how it goes...

Well, I woke up again at 3:50AM(PST) this morning to try and make these reservations and once again still wasn't able to. Even worse is that I was on hold for a good 35 minutes before I was able to reach an agent. I'll have to try again tomorrow. This is really getting depressing! Wish me luck...
