Help with last minute trip. What discount to use?

Thinking of a 5 nt trip 1/12-1/17, 3 adults. Staying at either a mod or deluxe need 4 days tickets. It seems there are a few options for discounts. As far as I know I don't have a pin (I will call to make sure). Can anyone give me a heads up as to what is best. Thanks a bunch.

The answer is "it depends". We had 35% or 40% PIN. 40% wouldn't get us into our budget, so first we went with 35% off regular season rates at CSR (mod). But then the gift card promo started. Since we'd like to stay at the cheapest deluxe (WL, std view, value season), that $750 gift card made it cheaper than staying 5 nights with 40% off. Many are saying 7/4 was a better deal, but that has expired. I think 40% off might be better for longer stays or higher room categories. At only 5 nights, you should crunch the numbers.

CBR has a standard room on the $500 GC plan with 5 day base tickets for just under $1700.

WL has a woods view room on the $750 GC plan with the 5 day base tickets for just under $2500.

The price difference from a 4 day ticket to a 5 day ticket for 3 adults is a total of about $10.

On the room only special that expires tomorrow, you can get the room at CBR for $743 + the 3 adult 4-day tickets (about $720) for a total of $1475. The 5 day ticket is $1485.

Room only special for WL is $1103 + the 4 day tickets for a total of $1835.

Let me know if you have any other resorts in mind.

The price difference from the GC special to the Room Only discount looks like this:
GC - Room only = difference
CBR: $1700 - $1475 = $225, plus you get a $500 GC
WL: $2500 - $1835 = $665, plus you get a $750 GC

The Moderate looks like a better savings to do the GC special, but for a Deluxe like WL, it looks like the Room only is the better deal.
