Help with Iron on transfers!

I am looking at buting on iron transfer paper for my inkjet printer and have a few questions as I am new to making t-shirts. What is the difference between hot and cold peel? One better than the other? I am looking at the hp iron on transfers for color t-shirts with cold peel, is this a good one? the store buy my house is having a sale buy two get one free on this.

Any other brand /types recomendations on this?

I don't want to make the wrong choice and have bad shirts.
