Help with Intercot DVP!!!

Hi! I'm Wasabi Girl and I guess I'm REALLY technologically impaired! I downloaded the Intercot DVP because I can't figure out how to create a spreadsheet with excel to organize the various PS for dining, golf, tours, & so on for our Dec 3-11 tip (what a surprise, me unable to use excel!). So I thought I'd just dowload the Intercot DVP and maybe it would help me to keep it all organized. Ha! This is me! I got the DVP, installed, restarted, it opens beautifully, I got one date entered and that's it! I can't figure out how to put in one single piece of information. Please help! Otherwise I'm going to be the one carrying around index cards rubberbanded together or something.
We won't be all together during our trip as my DDs are older teens, DH intends to take full advantage of the unlimited golf with our package and so on...so I wanted something that I can print out for each of us to have with us so we can meet up for meals or whatever... Does anyone out there
know how to use the Intercot thingamajig?

Not sure if I will be of any help. To go to the next days you need to click on the arrows in the top right near your day. On the activities you can click from the list or type in your own. I have never printed from the DVP so I dont know how that works.
