Help with image-Mrs Potts

I am driving myself crazy wanting to use this image to make an invitation for my grand-daughter. Can anyone change it to a png for me Please? Edited to say I need a clear background,,thanks.

I appreciate you trying to help.
Amy Mickey has tried explaining the different jpeg png gif sttuff to me and
I just find it hard to understand. I guess what I'm looking for is a clear background? Maybe I should have asked for a Gif but I'm not sure.
I want to put her on a colored background and don't want the white behind her to show. Hope that makes sense.

I just got off the phone with Disney and they were able to get me a reservation,which is great because I've been unable to get a reservation online for the past two weeks. Seems there is a glitch in their online system.
