Help with Hot Wheels T-shirt

Last year my son had a Mickey birthday and someone designed him a special shirt with his name. This year he wants a Hot Wheels birthday, but still wants a shirt with his name and age on it. I know its not Disney but can any one help? Thanks for any ideas! His name is Cole and he is turning 4.

Thank you so much, he loves it! My parents were just at the Bristol Race and picked up as many age appropriate things they could find so I can decorate with it. Thanks again for sharing your talent!

Glad you liked them. My DS really liked helping me desing them. He really loves his hot wheels too!!
