Help with Hertz coupon

I've missed placed my ENT book and I was trying to find the code for using the never lost system. If I remember right it was for a free system. I'm gonna use my AAA code for the discount but add the ENT neverlost code and see what happens. If anyone has their ENT book handy would you mind giving me the ENT book codes for the ENT rate and the neverlost coupon code. Thanks, YO

i read that calling Hertz as a AAA member that you can get a better rate than booking thru AAA or the Hertz website.

Just watch the rates when using coupons. Sometimes the base rate is higher when using coupons. Try it with and without the coupon and compare the costs.

Here's a laugh. I got lost using the Never Lost system. It was at I-4 and us 231 at night. East and west entrance are both left turns onto I-4. I got the warning that the turn was coming up. I ended up turning too soon and ended up heading for Pensacola. Couldn't figure out why the system was recalculating the route until we saw the sigh telling us where we were going.

Correct me if I am wrong, but, I don't think you can combine codes and coupons from different sources with Hertz.

You can use a coupon and a code. Just have all proof when you get to the counter.

Can you mix a AAA code and use an entertainment coupon?


I know you can use aaa codes and coupons, but, did not know you could mix them, which is what I was trying to convey.

I may stay with National EA now and hope for the best.
Gail, what intermediate should I try to get that would have the biggest trunk?

I don't know about the Entertainment coupon but have used coupons from sources other than Hertz or AAA with no problems on my Hertz rental.

If the online reservation takes it then there wouldn't be a problem. I have been denied using a coupon if it was a Hertz franchise location.

The Galant has a 14.6 cf trunk and a 16.3 gal. tank
The Alero has a 14.6 cf trunk and a 14.1 gal. tank
The Grand Am has a 14.6 cf trunk and a 14 gal tank.

Seems like they are pretty much the same.

The Impala (full size) has the largest trunk at 18.6 cf and a 17.0 gal. tank.

I knew you'd come through. I now have a intermediate ressie for $241.89 for my dates down from EA $369.00 originally. Now I have to get the EA part added. I hope I can just call and add it, because when I try to do it with my EA memvber # in I can't get a quote. Anyways,

In order to get a rental quote using your EC number, you have to sign into the EC rental area. Did you make a screen name and password yet? Try doing that and see what the quote it comes up with, if you are happy with the EC quote, book it and cancel the first reservation.

Does the Hertz website give you the price after using a coupon #? When I put in the number it gives me the same price as the original quote without the coupon.

Try getting a quote with and without putting in the coupon code. Some coupons raise the base rate. You can check both ways without actually making a reservation.

Sometimes you are better off not using a coupon. In the rate code box use frdm and see if that lowers your rate also.
