Help with hair??

Also..... I am going to the beach soon and my hair will most likely get wet from the salt water (going to Mexico). Can anyone recommend something to keep it from getting dryed out from the salt? Should I spray something on it after getting out of the water? I never go under water in a pool.

My hairdresser has always told me to put the conditioner I wash my hair with in my hair and leave it while swimming.

Costco's Kirkland Brand Shampoo is sulfate free ad is awesome on my very dry color treated hair!
The price is excellent!

I checked it out the other day but didn't care for the smell. Wish me luck ladies....I am going to wash my hair do a conditioning treatment (Aphogee keratin reconstructor) and blow dry it tonight. I washed it on Sunday but let it air dry. Hope I'm not too frizzy.
