Help with getting from POP to Chef Mickeys

We are staying at the Pop Century and we have a PS for Chef Mickeys at 8:00 am for breakfast. What is the best way for us to travel to be there in time? We will have a car, but don't plan on using it a lot. We are planning on going to MK after we are finished eating.

Take the bus to MK from POP. Then either walk to CR from MK or take the resort monorail over. It will be the next stop from MK.

We had 10:30 priority seating, but it work the same either way....We took the MK bus and since we didn't feel like walking and like the monorail we took it over to the Contemporary as its the first stop from the MK. Otherwise you can just walk from the MK bus stop.

Just a thought...will a bus get them to MK early enough to leave time to hop the monorail and get to Chef Mickey's at 8??

Buses to the MK area start running at approx 6:30am. Just speak with the driver upon boarding, and if possible, he or she will take you directly to the Contemporary.

Thank you for all of your help. This is the first time we stayed onsite and do not have a lot of experience with using the buses to get from point a to point b. How long does it normally take to get from the resort to mk that early in the morning. We are actually going on Sunday, which I now understand is an early entry day. Didn't think of anything like that when we decided to start our first full day at disney with chef mickeys.

The bus ride is about 15 minutes. If the bus is able to drop you off at the Contemporary directly, then total of 20 minutes maybe. Add in the Monorail or the Walk to the Contemporary, and total travel time could be 25-30 minutes.

We always recommend being out at the bus stop 45 mins prior to your priority seating. So in your case, it would be 7:15. Chances are you will be early for your PS. But, it's always better to be early, than late and rushing.
