Help with Fish Extender Groups

Can anyone who has headed up a FE group before please tell me how to get started? This is our first cruise, but no one else has started a group yet. I would be very grateful for any advice! We are sailing on the Dream on Apr. 21, 2013.

There's a group meet already set up for this sailing and someone seems to be organizing something. I would start there. Also, if this is your first cruise, I would not organize one - join (if anything)
