Help with fireworks cruise surprise

Good morning! I am looking for a little help with surprising my family with a private fireworks cruise on the last night of our Disney trip in November. We will be having dinner at 1900 PF prior to the cruise and I wanted to figure out a way to surprise them there. I was thinking of making some sort of letter from Mickey and friends and asking our waiter to deliver it to the table at the end of dinner? Does anyone here have any ideas? I am not creative at all so any help is greatly appreciated!

Something you might want to include in your request is a
family name or kids name as most people don't provide blank invites.

Also are you open to Cruise Fireworks tickets for each person and if so can you list their names? An example of this is in my photobucket
Look under: Ashwen
a location can be added to the bottom of the ticket if interested.
(Like seven seas Lagoon,,by the hotel dock,,etc).Date and Time if known.
