Help with Events in 1996

Hi everyone, I haven't been around in what seems to be forever! Lots of new faces here. Anyway, I'm going to start working on my backlog of Disney books and was wondering if anyone knows where to find what major event was at Disney in the spring of 1996. Any one know? TIA!

Wouldn't that have been the 25th anniversary?

The 25th didn't start until October 1996. Epcot had Flower & Garden in May/June. But I don't think there was a resort wide event, but an individual park might have had something going on.

Thanks for your responses everyone! I'm actually looking forward to scrapping our earlier visits to WDW, for a while I was "Disneyd Out"!

We were ther Feb. 2006 and I believe it was Disneylands 50th anniversary, they called it the "happiest celebration on earth" (or at least thats what all my stuff says!). Hope this helps!
