I am trying to understand what I am really getting with an Escape package and what my options are to put all this together.
I am bringing my own photographer.
We have approximately 12 guests plus us.
I understand that by bringing my own photographer I forfeit the photography portion of my package, which kind of stinks but is okay, I guess.
So for $4925 I am getting:
A ceremony site
a small cake
champagne
transportation
if I wanted to have a dessert party in Epcot that night, I assume I would be on the hook for the additional food/bev minimum for that, but I guess I don't understand how these add-ons all work and how they're priced unless you include them as part of a Wishes ceremony.
We'd like to do the cake cutting/dance/dessert party all as one thing, is that possible? Is alcohol permitted at a dessert party in Epcot?

You wouldn't be able to have the musician there for a first dance, but if you planned your DP through your Escape planner, they should be able to have your cake sent straight to your DP instead of your ceremony. If you still want to cut it at the ceremony, they'll probably just put it in a box afterward and leave you responsible for transporting it.
