Help with epcot- what to fp?

Hi everyone,
We'll be going to Epcot at the end of october (hopefully on a less crowded day).
I'm not sure what to FP! Dd is too young for test track, soarin, etc.

I was thinking of using FP for the frozen ride, turtle talk, and...?
If we did rope drop, I thought we could do character spot, then living with the land and seas with nemo, all without FP?
Should we use our FP for illuminations? (There is a chance we'll want to eat dinner at rose and crown, but with a youngster may be doing that around 6, haha).

If the adults want to ride Soarin' and Test Track, use one adult FP for each and utilize Rider Swap.

Character Spot would be good if they install FP for the Inside Out characters who will be arriving soon.

You really don't need a FP for Turtle Talk. You might want to consider Spaceship Earth if you are interested in riding it. The line fluctuates quite a bit during the day, so it may be helpful and if you don't need it you could switch it to something else like Nemo or Figment.

Dh may utilize a FP for soarin, but I'll be only FPing for the kiddie stuff.

If the adults want to ride Soarin' and Test Track, use one adult FP for each and utilize Rider Swap.

Character Spot would be good if they install FP for the Inside Out characters who will be arriving soon.

Isn't the rumor that Frozen will be a Tier 1? If that's the case, she won't be able to pre-book FP to Soarin or Test Track because those aer also Tier 1, correct?

Correct - thanks! She really won't need anything else then besides Character Spot.

Any rumors that they will keep both Soarin and Test Track as a Tier 1 when/if Frozen opens, or move one to Tier 2? That seems like a lot of Tier 1's compared to Tier 2.

I think Mission Space will move back to Tier 2. Soarin will load more people but I doubt it gets moved to Tier 2. And Test Track has Single Rider so it will probably remain as Tier 1.

Ok, I guess I thought Mission Space was a 2. We don't usually ride it, anyway.

Very helpful! Forgot about the tier system. If you use all your fp for the day early, can you get another tier 1 fp for illuminations?

From my understanding, yes...but I don't think there is a lot of availability on same day...unless you are lucky and happen to catch a cancellation.

Does the FP at the Character Spot get you in line to meet all characters or are they separate? We have two big Inside Out fans so I know I'll be using an FP on that this summer.

Currently it's only for the Mickey side of Character Spot. Keep checking because once the other characters arrive, they may have to manage the line with FP.
