Help with Epcot lunch!

My husband and I booked Tokyo Dining to eat on our first day after we check into our resort. I found out that sushi is not included on the dining plan, so we want to replace it with another restaurant.

Which restaurant would you choose of these four:

Biergarten
Tutto Italia
Marrakesh
Le Chefs

We really love tutto italia. Biergarten is ok but don't really like buffets. Marakesh is yummy, never been to chefs but we are doing lunch there next month.

btw...how do you know sushi is not included in the dining plan.? We are doing the deluxe next month and were under the impression it is included.

I've read plenty of good things about Tutto Italia
so we are eating there next week--hopefully IKe will
stay away!! Can't wait!! Will be at WDW in 2 days!!

If you check the sticky for the dining plan at the top of the page, it says it there. Also, I did a search to double check this, and there is anecdotal evidence as well. I think it is because the sushi is sold as rolls or pieces and not as entree's. I think there are two entrees that include sushi but neither one interests me. I think you can find it on the wdwinfo menus.
