Can someone help with this email I received?

because I have some questions about booking a Disney honeymoon. My fiance and I went to WDW this past June and booked directly from Disney. You were saying that you can do it another way and cheaper. How is that? haha. I looked at one of the sites you mentioned [undercovertourist, mapleleaf, etc] and you couldn't get the MYW + dining. We know for sure that we have to do the dining plan. We want to stay at a low or moderate budget hotel probably for almost 2 weeks. Any help you could provide would be great. Thanks!"
