I can find it anywhere. OK here's the deal ,DH loves to wear swimshorts to the parks with t-shirts he's not so focus on looking all dress up ,but we have ADR's for Boma ,Kona,Maya,we have hoppers so we will be able to move around but I think he will have to change he's clothes.OH this will be our first time on the DDP and the first on those restaurants. What do you think?:confused3

as long as we aren't talking speedos. use your own discretion. only signature restaurants outside parks + V&A have dress codes. none of those mentioned apply.

You'll find the dress in each of the restaurants you mention is very casual. If your husband's swimsuit looks like a pair of shorts, you'll fit right in.

The only restaurants that you have to worry about a dress code are the signature restaurants - the ones that cost two credits.

Just thought I would share that we went to Artist Point during our trip a few weeks back and I made my poor husband follow all of the rules about "no shorts and business casual".

I couldn't believe what some of the people were wearing. We are not the type to go to fancy dinners anyway so I don't really care but I was a little shocked. There were also tons of kids and it was very loud. We had put our son in the child care to see if he would like it (autistic). I had to pick him up before we ordered because he kept asking the CM's to help him find his best friend mommy:hug:

At least I didn't feel put off bringing him into the restaurant. They were very nice and the food was good but it wasn't the atmosphere I had expected.

Anyway - I think you will be fine if the swimtrunks look just like regular shorts. We went to Kona as well and that we pretty casual too. We enjoyed the food there too.

Have fun!!!

If the swim shorts more resemble casual shorts rather than wild swimwear you'll have no problem even in the siganatures. Disney DOES NOT enforce dress codes.:thumbsup2

I saw a young woman (20ish) wearing - I kid you not - pajamas at a Boma breakfast. And I saw a woman with Daisy Dukes, all ripped at the bottom and a bikini top (red with white polka-dots, like Minnie!) at Kona. She kicked her flip-flops off while she ate. I remember the jammies because I was kind of shocked and the Kona chick because she was loud and obnoxious.

I haven't eaten at Maya, I don't think...but a pair of swim shorts that aren't Speedoey (I make up words sometimes) should be no problem. :)

OHH could you imagine !!!speedos!!!:lmao: I have never been lucky enough to see some speedos in WDW :scared1: but DH wears the ones that looks like shorts that goes down to he's knee, :tilt: so I think we will be just fine.
OH and if he wants to wear some speddoey thingys....:snooty: separate tables please!!!:snooty:
