Help with Disney Days of Christmas complaint/number

I am unpacking and I am heartbroken. The ornaments I so lovingly picked out and had personalized are all broken. I'm just now unpacking and I know it's my fault for not checking but they packed 3 highly breakable glass balls in one box with no paper packing around them. They clanged together and have broken. They packed a hard plastic Minnie in sheets and sheets of paper, single in a box not not the glass balls? As soon as they were delivered I carefully took them and packed them in a box I had taken for my fragile items. It never occurred to me that they would do something like this. All I want to do is replace them; they were commemorating my DGDs first visit. Does anyone know where there is a number either for the store or a complaint dept? Thanks so much! I took poctures when I opened the box.
 
Awwwwww....that sucks. But pictures are good! I'd email Disney with the pictures and ask if maybe they'd help you out somehow on replacing these. You never know......
 
So sorry about that. This is why I pay to have all my ornaments shipped. I get about 5-10 each year. the ones for the grand kids are all personalized. This way if they break, they are all replaced. Only had one break in all the years. I bought one in Germany one year, and that did not make it out of the park. The 40 I spend on shipping is worth it for me. Good luck.
 
If you kept your merchandise receipts, a phone number and email address is on each one of them.
 

Thank you all so much! I have calmed down now and got the receipt. I was hoping to go through the store but perhaps customer service can give it to me. I still can't believe thy did that. All the rest were packed so carefully. Just the ones I had personalized were put in one box with nothing between them.
 
They really should be able to help you. I haven't had a problem at WDW yet, but a cheapie-but-cute purse I bought at DLR broke before we even got home. I called them and they refunded me and the shipping cost for me to send it back without a problem. (I figured they were so cheap that a replacement would break, too, so I didn't want another)

Call the number on your receipt. Explain that the CMs did not wrap the glass bulbs and they were broken in transport. Disney Merchandising is very good at replacing broken items or items that didn't live up to expectations.
 
I just wanted to do a follow up. I contacted guest services and they are replacing the broken ornaments! I am so excited. The biggest reason for my distress is because the original ornaments are only in the parks. O found one of them on ebay, but for much higher and not personalized, of course. Disney customer service rocks!

Wonderful result!

Just for future, to keep in the back of your mind: some credit cards (maybe call and ask before you go next time) will replace or refund the cost of an item you buy with that card that gets lost, stolen or broken within a short time period. Worth looking into - perhaps when you buy from a non-Disney store?

I don't blame you for neglecting to check - I buy at least 5 ornaments every trip and it usually takes me forever to unroll all he packaging they put on it - including individually wrapping hard resin ones. It may not ot occur to me to check their work either!
 
I'm glad they took care of you! I'm also surprised to hear about the poorly packed merchandise. The CMs in that shop have always been so careful about wrapping fragile ornaments.
 
I got 3 ornaments in MouseGears and they packed them each separately in tissue paper, then wrapped them in a brown packing paper. They were huge but at least they were protected and got home in one piece!
