Help with Disney Character Call

Help with setting up Disney Character Call.

We booked the Play, Stay, and Dine package and part of that includes the Disney Character call. In my emailed reservation confirmation it says:

"Excitement for your trip starts with a call from one of your favorite Disney characters. Look for more information in your final travel documents to arrange your call."

Question is when do I get these Final travel docs? Or does anyone have a link I can go to to set this up by putting in my confirmation number or something?

Additional information. Already Paid in full and within 6 weeks of leaving.

Any help is appreciated.

I think there will be a code in your Mickey Mail which will be arriving about 30 days before check in.
