Help with directions for ADRs, please

I went to WDW two years ago and at that time there was a really great thread with directions on getting through on ADRs for CRT. It was along the lines of dial, when you hear this, enter this......etc. It worked like a charm for me I was able to get through by 7:02. Could someone point me to the thread with the directions.
