Help with dining reservations using Genie+

I’m so confused on how to make my dining reservations with the new genie +!! I have park hopping so confused on how to use Genie+ to get full benefits. If I enter MK in A.M. and will hop to Epcot around 4-5pm for my dinner reservations how do you think I shld use Genie to get on the Epcot rides? I’m fearful they won’t have anything left for the evening. Is stacking times even possible when hopping?
