Could anyone help with dining tips for us and 2 kids ( 10 + 8) as they are fussy eaters and would like to buffet style it. any one got places that they could recommend us to eat breakfast and dinner at night and on a budget please.

thanks

Fussy eaters will find a lot to eat at Trails End for both breakfast and Dinner if you are talking sit down.

All the foodcourts in the resorts have pretty normal food, too.

Counter service in the parks:

Epcot: America is the only one with "normal food" (hamburgers, chicken, etc...) that I know of.

MK: Cosmic Rays also has burgers, chicken fingers and little corn dogs. I'm not 100% positive that they still have those but 3 years ago my kids loved them. Also, Casey's on Main St. has great hot dogs. Grab some food and find a spot to sit and watch the Castle Show - one of our favorite things to do :)

MGM: Backlot Express if it's open.

AK: ?? Sorry, we never end up eating there.

Hollywod and Vine had a good buffet. We ate there for the fantasmic package :)

Pizzafari is by Camp Minnie and Mickey at Animal Kingdom...The pizza is very good, adults can get salads. There are other choices but what they escapes me right now.

If you want to splurge (I know you stated you're on a budget in the OP), the Garden Grill is a character meal at Epcot in the Land. GG is excellent! All of the veggies are grown right in Epcot. The food is freshly prepared and served family style so it's all you can eat but not buffet because the food is served to you sit-down. There is also a food court area in the Land similar to what you can get at any of food courts at the value and moderate hotels on property.

Have fun! Our fav. part of vacationing is always eating at places we can't normally eat at when we are home. Of course, we have now decided to move to Tampa eventually so I don't know what we'll do then!

If your kids like McDonald's fries, I think the Restaurantasaurus in AK have them. My kids are asking to go back but I think we may hit Rain Forest Cafe instead.

MK - Burgers - Pecos Bills

Buffets - My kids like the buffet at Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace and 1900 Park Fair, and Hollywood and Vine.

picky eaters, 50's prime time is the way to go! They have tons of kid-friendly foods. The usual-mac n cheese, grilled cheese, cheese burgers hot dogs and its alot of fun! Biergarten in Germany is fun with some unusal but familiar foods they just have different names. Theres alot of kid friendly food places but I dont remember. My brother is picky but we found that at the end of the day he just wanted food! :cool1:
