Help with Ding please

I downloaded Ding this morning. But I don't know where it went! I am pretty sure it downloaded completely as I put the installation # in but where is it now in my computer? Is there something I can click on or do I go back to the Southwest site? Thanks for helping me out!

If it's installed correctly, you should see a little SW icon (it looks like the tail section of one of their planes) in your system tray in the lower right.

You should also have a Southwest Airlines group under Start---> Programs.

All I see is a exe for Ding on my desk top. I think maybe there is some firewall that is blocking it from working properly. At least that is what I got from the FAQ at Southwest. I guess I will ask DH to look at it but he will most likely just delete it as he is pretty fussy about stuff like that on the machine! Thanks for trying to help though!
