Help with Digital Camera

Hi all!

I know I've seen some great threads on this board with people reviewing different cameras...

A friend of mine is in the market for her first digital camera. She's wanting to start out "slow," and stay around $200.

If you recall a thread you participated in recently concerning digital cameras - could you post a link to it on this thread? (Since the search is disabled)

Or - if you'd prefer - could you give me your recommendations?

I posted a "Digital Camera for Cheap Dummy" post..

I found the information INCREDIBLE! I ended up buying a Olympus D150 on Ebay for less than 100 dollars. It's is awesome! It's teenie, easy to use and loads on your pc in a minute. What an upgrade from my Polaroid!

The website I found the most helpful was www.steves-digicams.com He posts reviews on almost every camera in existence and I found it to be incredibly helpful.
