Help with Design

Hi Everyone,

I love the 1st Trip Tshirts that Natalie has on her 4Shared site. I wanted to use the Goofy one for my son and the Daisy one for my daughter. The problem is they have 2009 on it and I know she is not personalizing anymore to change it to 2010. Can anyone help me?
