Help with crowd calendars

So confused. We have 4 days- one day per park so I really want to choose the best days possible. Looking at 3 crowd calendars. Why would one have a park as a 2/10 and another have it as "red" and another have it as least recommended even though it's the lowest number on calendar number one? Any help appreciated!

I never trust them there are too many things to factor in like if you are staying on site maybe go to the park with extra magic hours

They are just guesses so your guess could be totally different than mine. Some do try to use previous year's data but it all boils down to a guess. I've never used one in my life but in all fairness I have an AP and my son always gets a PH so if we are at a park and it's too crowded we just move on. I also don't book FPs more than a week, and usually just a day in advance since we usually don't know where we want to go the next day.

Ok. So then I really feel like I will need to take advantage of fast passes as we won't have PH. Would you recommend trying to make FP early in morning in hopes of being able to get a 4th after the 3 have been used? I'm especially concerned with the tiered parks..
