I am looking for a place I could go to eat with Character's For Dinner, We are on the Basic dining plan.

I already have down 1900 Park Fare, Chef Mickey, Crystal Pal.,

Can someone please tell me another place for dinner?

Also Can someone please tell me about OHANA at the Polunesian? Is it worth going? How is the food? Do they have Character's?

Thank you

'Ohana is a lot of fun for dinner, but it is not a character meal. Lilo, stich, Mickey and Pluto are there for breakfast, but not dinner. Dinner is all you can eat noodles, wings and meats and it a ton of fun. Leave room for the dessert, as well!

Cinderella's Royal Table is a character meal, however it takes 2 credits.
The TS in Norway at Epcot is a Princess character meal for B, L or D.
Garden Grille in Epcot is also and all you care to eat character meal.

If you are willing to consider Lunch:
Playhouse Disney characters are at Hollywood & Vine (B, L and D).

Not a character meal, but still fun and entertaining: Coral Reef in Epcot with the full wall aquarium, L or Dinner.

I don't think I will be going to Playhouse -- I am going solo :cutie:

I thought about the Coral Reef --- I have been reading bad things about the food and I really don't want to be upset on this trip

What do you think about Coral Reef?

I have eaten at Coral Reef 3 times and loved it every time. It is my DH's favorite place to eat at Disney. I have read alot of bad reviews for it also, but we have been very pleased each time we have eaten there.

Solo, with characters, I think I'd go to Akershus in Norway. You'll get to see several princesses (often Ariel with legs is there, how unique!), the food is good, and the restaurant has nice atmosphere.

We like Garden Grill too, but I have read that if you're a party of one or two you're usually seated in the top tier of the restaurant which doesn't look nearly as comfortable as the booths around the bottom level. That may not bother you though, and if it doesn't then I'd recommend Garden Grill too. We like the food, the character interaction is always good, and since the place spins there's always some new scenery to look at.

We LOVED Coral Reef and if we weren't trying something else would be right back there this trip. Bah the reviews!
