That's the name of the restaurant - the PCH Grill! It is located in the Paradise Pier Hotel, which is where the Lilo and Stitch breakfast is held in the mornings, but it functions as a regular restaurant during the day and evening. The Paradise Pier (PPH) is across the street from the 2 parks and from the Grand Californian Hotel. (By the way, 'PCH' is what we Southern California residents call the Pacific Coast Highway, which is a nice highway that goes along the beach/coast.)

I was telling JoRo what the full name of the restaurant was because JoRo asked the question (wanting to know what PCH stood for/meant, I think) I already assumed you knew it!! But I don't blame you - I would lose myself in that ice cream too!
