Help with Cape May - 11:15 a.m. breakfast? How to get there

Hi all!

I have been reading the forums for a few weeks now, but need advice. I have made & changed at least 2 dozen ADR's in anticipation of our Disney vacation beginning 11/28. I found out tonight one of the meals I made was not at a restaurant under the DDP, so now I am scrambling for one last ADR.

I found a late breakfast ADR for Cape May Cafe at the Disney Beach Resort for 11:15 a.m. However, the Disney info page for Cape May says breakfast only runs until 11:00 a.m. We don't want to get there to find that a) the food is running out and not being replaced or b) the characters are gone. I can't find a direct phone number for Cape May and the Disney Dining Line could only say that yes, I had an 11:15 reservation but yes, their info also says it's open until 11:00 a.m. Can anyone help with this?

Second, we are staying at the Coronado Springs Resort, am I correct that we should just drive to the Disney Beach Resort and then on to the Magic Kingdom instead of trying to bus back & forth?

As for the reservation time itself, I don't know. We had 10:30 ADR before, and the characters and breakfast food remained until we had finished, which was after 11:00. As for traveling to the resort, you have a couple different options. If you are driving your own car, then that is the quickest. We do Disney transportation when there. If you do that, leave plenty of time. You would have to bus to Theme Park and take a bus to the resort. Or, you could bus to DHS and boat to Beach Club. Either way, it is usually a multiple bus stop and I think the boat stops at the Swan/Dolphin first. We try to do Cape May on a day we are going to Epcot, as you can walk/boat to the entrance to Epcot in the countries.
