Help with cake and flowers, please.

My wedding coordinator is out of the office until Friday and we are supposed to fax in all our info. I have a few questions, I want to talk to someone about my bouquet and getting flower wands for the three little girls in the wedding AND I want to talk to whomever I need to at the bakery, I guess GF since we are getting married at the Wedding Pavilion, about our cake...can anyone tell me who I need to talk to, or do I have I need to wait until my coordinator gets back next Friday? Thank you!

About the cake, for our intimate, we coordinated everything through our EM/WP...but we also had no special requests. When you call Rosie, she may be able to help you out there as well.
