Help with booking further out!!

Hi! I am planning on staying 4 nights in September 2015. Up until last week I was able to be quoted for our dates, choose the resort, and lead in to booking (I stopped there). Now, no matter which country site I go to, I am not given anything beyond April as available dates to book?

Would love some insight on how to get that quote back lol!

Thank you for trying - I should have been more clear. From the main page I am able to input the dates I want, but then when I click the Find Prices button it takes me to the screen that says there is an error and the dates are outside the bookable window.

That's really strange. It definitely gave me prices, but I didn't try to go any further than that. What are the exact dates you were looking at and for how many people?

May I ask which country's DLP site you are using?? (I have tried US, UK and France's ile-de-france region to be specific lol). I've tried from my work desktop, my iphone, and home computer as well. All show blacked out dates past April.

I am looking at Sep 8-12, 2015 for 2 adults, 1 child, her birthday is 30th January 2012...

Just tried with your info and it worked just fine! How frustrating for you! Maybe try deleting your cookies then try again? I'm using the UK site, hope you manage to sort it

again thank you for all your help! Deleting cookies & all history hasn't changed the site at all. I don't know why this is being so ridiculous but I may have to bite the bullet and call. Thanks again

Was just going to suggest giving them a ring. If you google 'cheap dialling codes for France' it should make it a bit cheaper at least then you will be able to book!

thank you! So...I went home and was able to see prices in pounds on the UK site BUT still not showing up on the US or France site as being able to book in September! How weird is this?!?!

Hotel New York is coming up around the same price i was quoted in USD (after factoring in the conversion of course), but the DLH is coming up quite a bit more?

Yes. The DLH is often nearly double the cost of the HNY.

I know that I just meant that compared to the USD amount that I saw when I was just window shopping (2028) about a week ago, the current quote comes out to a couple hundred dollars more. (I think it was something like 1388 GPB ---> 2238 USD)

When the website went down last week it was for a while it was to organise the price rise and new brochure prices so a couple of hundred quid more now is probably right, everything after April 2015 has gone up in price

It was dates going down rather than the enitire website but I know how you feel I left it a couple of weeks to book for next year and been hit by the increase too :/ and no problem!

Are people able to book now? I had tried pricing dates for July, 2015 this past weekend and had the same problem. When I check now, I still can't book dates past March 31st.

No my sites at work & on my phone still don't let me book further out but for some reason my home desktop works for the uk site. I haven't called yet, just haven't found a good time with the time difference.

I just called their number. Apparently booking for US residents is not open yet! he said January 7th they will open those bookings!

I'm going to try to book via the U.K. Site tonight at home.

Crazy that it won't be open to US bookings until January. I didn't know that you were able to book through the UK site if you were in the US. I was able to price the dates last night on the UK site, but I didn't realize I could book on it.

Well I don't actually know if I will be able to, but I plan to try!
