Help with booking FastPasses with Swan hotel reservation

I booked my hotel reservation at the Swan and purchased my tickets on the Disney website. Everything is linking up on MDE, but when I go to the page to book Fast Passes it is only allowing me a 30 day window and I thought we had a 60 day window. I am on the phone with a Cast Member who is reading me literature on what the FastPass service is. Argh!! Can someone help me troubleshoot what the problem might be??

Swan reservations should work exactly like onsite, if so what you are seeing is normal. You are seeing a 30-day window because you have tickets linked. You won't see the 60-day window until you get to 60 days before check-in. More info at the green link in my signature.

OK, user error. I didn't realize that it would only show a 30 day window until the exact moment that my 60 window opens. As a side note, the internet help desk person was great!

Just to add to this discussion (and this doesn't really pertain to the OP's question but is a source of much confusion), reservations for the Swan and Dolphin cannot immediately be linked to MDE like Disney Resort reservations do. It takes some time before the Starwood system sends your data MDE. It does say this in the error message you'll get if the systems have synched your data yet, but save yourself some time, and wait at least a few hours after booking your reservation for the Swan & Dolphin before trying to link it.
