We are staying for 6 nights in a Lakeview studio at BLT later this month.

What is the best way to request one of the lake view rooms with the best view of MK and fireworks. I see the actual room numbers from the BLT room thread, I just don't know how to effectively request those rooms.

Thank you :)

Thank you :)

You can make the request in a couple of ways (or both):
1) Directly with member services (via call or e-mail)
2) Within 10 days of arrival via the online check-in process

Keep in mind, the more specific you are the harder it is for them to match your request. If you say room 8208, that's very hard to do. If you say, even # room (so you're facing the outter side of the building) that's easier. If you say 10th floor or higher, even # then you're still giving some choices.

The simplest request is to request the even # room to ensure you're on the outter edge. That gives you a 50/50 chance of also seeing the MK depending on which edge of the C you're on.

I asked for "high floor, even numbered room." That's exactly what we got last year & I'm keeping my fingers crossed for our upcoming trip!

Just be sure that whatever you request, if it includes more than one, that you list the most important one first.

For example, as PP mentioned, even #'d rooms are the outer side of BLT and those on the northern end have a partial MK view with fireworks. We just came back from staying in #7604 which was a LV 1 bedroom with these views.

We were going to request both those locations but in the end only requested even #'d room because being on the outside was more important than being on the northern end.

So, if being on the outside is more important (if they can't fill your entire request), then put even #d first (even #'d room, northern crescent). If being on the northern end is important , then put that first (northern crescent, even #d room).

Good luck!

Your best option is North Side, Even Number higher than the 6th floor (So you are above the Monorail Line).

silly question but which is the north side- is that the side closest to the bridge, or the other side?

Oh thank you I need to make a requeSt and was looking for thiS info
