I have heard several ways to do this....but...I have some of the mickey heads I have printed on the iron on transfer paper....and my question is, do I need to CUT AROUND the ears before ironing, or do I NOT CUT AROUND SHAPE and just iron it on in as is out of printer?????????
hopes this makes sense!

I would cut around the ears, but some may tell you it depends on what kind of transfer paper it is. Is it dark or light transfer? If it is dark transfer paper, ALL the white will show if you don't cut it off. If it is light, it will be clear (but I can still see it so I would STILL cut around it. HTH a little.

Are you using Amy's paper? Her paper is great, it's dark paper, and you need to cut around your shapes. You can get it at amymickey.com

I am using Wilton Image paper and have printed the prints today, its a dark transfer since the tees are red and the others are black.....

so I need to trim EXACTLY around the mickey ears???
good to know.....
