Help with already confirmed ADR--DH lost credit card, so we had to get a new number

What happens to our cc secured Disney Dining reservations----I won't know the new number for 7-10 business days.

I believe the credit card number is only taken so they can charge you if you don't show up. As long as you plan to keep your reservation, there's no problem. If you don't keep your reservation, they'll try to charge his old card. Which won't work.

So I think you're fine. You can show up and pay with any card you like, it doesn't have to be the card you used to confirm the reservation.
