Help with ADR's please!!!!

I will be making my ADR's on Mon. and I can't seem to make up my mind on where to go (so many choices). I can choose 8. I would love some opinions to help me. We are 11 people. 6 adults and children ages 16,14,12,12,5. Here is my list of what looks good to me: (We want all dinners)

Le Cellier
Ohana
Sci-Fi
Kona
WCC
Rose & Crown
Chef Mickey
Mama Melrose (fantasmic dinner)-Might be full already
Chef's de France
The Wave
Mayan Grill (we are staying at CSR)
San Angel Inn

I would do Chef Mickey, Ohana, LeCellier, Kona, The Wave, Boma, Sci Fi and Mama Melrose if you can get it. If not pick one of the other's.

Thanks for the reply. I edited out Boma because I forgot to mention this is the one we know we want to book. Any other feedback from anyone???

WCC Keeper, especially with a large group
Rose & Crown Never been, but I would do it for Seating for Illuminations
Chef Mickey If it's a tradition, keep it... if not there is better food to be had
Mama Melrose Worth it if you want Fantasmic
Chef's de France Never been, but another that people seem to like
The Wave This one would be my backup for no Le Cellier

WCC will be fun with that group. Another fun group would be hoopty doo revue. One of our fav epcots is Rose and crown get a late res and enjoy the fire works.
