Help with ADR for week of Thanksgiving

Question.......do the menus change for the entire week of Thanksgiving, or just for Thanksgiving Day?? I know that they had special menus at the TS but I didn't know if it was just for that one day.

What are some good choices for ADR with a 7 year old for the week of Thanksgiving? We don't want to be "turkeyed" to tears though.

We will also be there the week of Thanksgiving. It is my understanding that the only day the menus are different is Thanksgiving Day. I just looked up the menus from last year on All Ears to make my decision:
