Help with AAA Special Tickets

I am really hoping someone can give some insight on this problem. I posted last week that I had ordered what I thought was the special AAA tickets (5 for 3 day w/ESPN, Breakfast, Unlimited Fastpass Options).

I had ordered them online at the Disney site while I was on the phone with both the AAA Anaheim office and the DL agent. I had told both of them that I do not think the tickets that were offered online were the same that I was looking for. The DL agent assured me they were and this was the only way to get them - wrong.

Anyway, this still bothered me so I called the ticket office in Fla. who told me to call the office in California. The CM was extremely nice and told me to go ahead and get the tickets I want from AAA (I am going to try and use the agent Mousesavers recommends) and then to bring back to city hall at DL the wrong tickets. He said that as long as the tickets are unused, that they will refund my money.

Can anyone confirm if this is true? I would be absolutely heartbroken if I could not return the wrong tickets after I had already bought other ones. Plus, my DH would be none to happy . Does anyone have a phone number for the City Hall in DL so I can call them?

I really, really want the tickets I thought I was getting in the first place. We are coming all the way from Massachusetts and it took us a long time to save.

I would really appreciate any help I could get. Oh, is city hall the only place to return tickets for a refund? What a mess

Anybody ? Will City Hall in DL refund the unused tickets price?

I have never heard this, but that doesn't mean they won't trade/refund them. I would think that they could not trade them, I think those tix are only offered online or through AAA. I would definitely call city hall to check. And I would write down the date I called and the name of the CM that gives you the info! Good luck!!

I don't know the number for City Hall, but if you have a main number for the Disneyland Resort, they can connect you. I bought AAA tickets separately (no hotel package) and then later called them (AAA) and asked if these had the special Fast-Pass feature, and I was told (twice) that the only way to get the special AAA tickets was to purchase your whole travel package through AAA, which would include your hotel...which we didn't. So our tickets are just the 5 for 3 Park Hoppers. I looked on the back of the tickets and it says "Non-transferrable" and "Non-Refundable". They are good for one year from the issue date. I'm guessing that since they say non-refundable, no one will be able to refund the money.
