Help with a "Special Event" Idea

Hope you all can help me out on this one!

We are planning our next trip to DW the first week of December, 2010. We have five children, who will be ages 14, 11, 9, 3, and 2 at the time.

We aren't worried about the 3 and 2 year old boys yet, but for our older girls we like to find a "special event" just for them. For the next time (at least they say now), the 14 year old would like to do the Dolphin Experience and the 9 year old hopes to go to the Mad Hatter/Alice Tea Party.

We are a bit stumped on the 11 year old. She is not a "girly girl" and would NOT enjoy the BBB. We did the Pirates League this year and loved it, and will most likely do it as a family next time.

But looking at the listing I found of "special experiences" it seems like she is "just a few years too young" for everything else, particularly the animal experiences (she does NOT wish to snorkel with the fish, she saw the stingray in the picture with Mickey on the website!)

Considering that I would not even know about the tea party or the pirate league if it hadn't been for these boards, I was hoping someone where would have a suggestion or two.

Again, she will be 11, is a tomboy and loves animals. Thank you so so much!
