Help with a gift idea

I want to get a birthday gift for an adopting mom I have became really good friends with online over the past few months through the adoption process. We chat daily and have exchanged cards, etc in the mail. I'm at a loss over what to send!

Any ideas would be great! (trying to keep it $25 or under since it has to be shipped too)
