Help with a Disney Meet 'n Greet

I just received my Disneyland Visa and one of their promotional items is a Meet 'n Greet with a photo. All it says is to bring your card, but I don't know where to or how to even set up a meet 'n greet. Can anyone help?

At DL there's a certain time and place for the Visa Meet and Greet, and you can ask where/when that is when you enter the park. I assume it works similarly at WDW?

At WDW it's in Innovations West at Epcot, between 1:30 and 4:30 everyday. You get a free 5x7" portrait with the characters. When we went last week, we saw Minnie and Goofy.
