Hi all. My sons high school band is marching at Disney in 1 week. Today the tour company sent all the kids their ticket numbers out today with an instruction sheet on setting up MDE and FP+.

As you would expect, there is MASS confusion. I'm trying to help my son and his friends to get FP+ for their trip.

I am having him set up MDE and add all of his friends ticket numbers so he can get a group of FP+.

He asked if a ticket number could be on two different MDE accounts.

Do you know the answer?

Hello,
I have some experience with this and a school. (300+ kids). We tell our kids (don't worry about 1...that is our school specific)

2. Go to “MyDisneyExperience.com”.
3. Create a “My Disney Experience” account.
You MUST create an account using your SCHOOL EMAIL ADDRESS. (this is what we suggest)
4. Click the “My Disney Experience” icon at the top right of the page.
5. Select “My Reservations and Tickets” in the pull down menu.
(You are only linking your park ticket to your profile – not your room reservation.)
6. Select “Link Tickets” under Tickets and Passes.
7. Type in the 12-digit code (without spaces) located above under your name.
8. Click “Next”.
9. If given the option, use the pull down menu to match the ticket to yourself.
10. Click “Next”.
11. Finalize selection.

You are now ready to begin selecting your FastPass+ experiences. This can be done beginning on XYZ date. We do suggest adding the people you will be traveling with as “friends” to your profile. This will allow you all to select the same FastPass+ experiences at the same time together. One person would make the choices for those people selected. The fewer people you are selecting for, the more choices you will have. You can plan for 10 or fewer at a time.

NOTE: If you book a FastPass+ individually, you may not be offered the same choices or the same times.

The bottom line is "NO", 1 ticket number per person/per account. I assume the confusion is over their preexisting accounts. We suggest our kids make their account with their school email as if they are brand new.

Does this help?

Yes and no. Yes it helps because it tells the kids how to set up the account and link their ticket.

No because the kids MUST travel in groups of 3 or more and so want (actually are required) to get FP+ in groups of 3 or more so somebody is going to need to take the lead. In this case, my DS took the lead, set up his group and set up their FP+ for their 3 park days.
