Help with 6th grade geography

Ok, so my daughter has a question for a test, and I have no idea what they are asking:

What are the six parts of North America?

What are they talking about?

I am not able to think this out, I've been up most of the night, and at the doctor's with my youngest all day. I have no brainpower left.

I believe the 6 could be USA, Canada, Mexico, Central America, The Caribbean (?), and maybe Latin America (?). Not sure either. I'm sure someone here knows for sure!

Is Central America still considered part of North America, or would it be South America?

Oh, how I wish I wasn't working on two hours sleep.
